		<title>CAE Engineer - Multiphysics Job (Warren, MI, US)</title>
		<description><![CDATA[7-CAE Engineer - Multiphysics-ENG0009429<br/>The primary role is to use advanced commercial software tools to perform discrete and coupled-physics simulations for designs involving structural mechanics, heat transfer, fluid flow and electro-magnetic interactions. The Multi-Physics CAE engineer shall use analysis to gain insight into potential failure modes/ solutions, and to otherwise optimize designs and/or propose new concepts.  The Multi-Physics CAE engineer will utilize finite element modeling and analysis to augment the solution and method.  The Multi-Physics CAE engineer is to work with engineers and test personnel to design and execute test programs to validate analyses predictions and/or to develop mechanisms by which to ensure future analyses accurately predict empirical performance. 		<description><![CDATA[7- Steering Integration Engineer-ENG0009190<br/>The Steering Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for definition of requirements, design, analysis, development and control of complex subsystem where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative are involved as well as a high level of independent judgment.
