		<description><![CDATA[6-Mechanical Design Validation Engineer-ENG0009291<br/>The Mechanical Design Validation Engineer is responsible for the definition of mechanical design requirements, design conformance analysis, development and testing of Hybrid component projects where creativity and initiative are involved as well as some independent judgment. This individual will develop a wide range of component design, performance and functional interface requirements with GM Platform, Transmission and Engine engineers and provide technical direction to the Hybrid component Supplier development engineers. Verify the Hybrid component mechanical design is capable of meeting requirements.<br/>? Assist with component packaging issues within the vehicle<br/>?
