* Build and maintain relationships across the CE Device Community ecosystem including tier 1's, chipset vendors, phone manufacturers, software framework providers, etc
* Interface with portable phone manufacturers, network carriers and others to develop and lead interoperability validation plans
* Support and/or Lead activities related to customer outreach and education for these technologies and their respective use cases

Qualifications

* Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in deployment, specification, or standards development of consumer device connectivity related technologies(Bluetooth, WIFI, USB, etc). (Preferred 5-7 years)
* Minimum: Exposure to automotive electronics systems design including infotainment and telematics (Preferred 3-5 years working experience
* Required demonstrated success in a fast pace results oriented engineering development
* High level of oral and written communication skills
* Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of mechanical/electrical mechanisms
* Exhibits appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively a with business partners to meet mutual goals, including building and maintaining mutually beneficial business and networking relationships, both informal and formal
* High level analytical ability where problems are unusual, complex or ambiguous
* High level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others

Education and/or Training

*
Required:BSEE or related technical field(Computer Science, Software Development, etc)

*
Preferred: MSEE or related technical field and experience with and/or contributory membership in standards development in consumer device connectivity technologies
